These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thrive Hemp Collective website and products. By accessing this website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website or purchase products.

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old.
You are legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction.
You will not distribute products to minors.

Thrive Hemp Collective reserves the right to verify age at any time and cancel orders that fail verification.

2. Product Compliance

All products sold are derived from federally legal hemp in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Products:

Are not approved by the FDA.
Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Should be used responsibly and in compliance with local laws.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their local and state laws before purchasing.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

By placing an order, you agree:

To provide accurate billing and shipping information.
That payment will be processed through a secure, PCI-compliant processor.
That charges will appear on your statement as:

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit quantities.
Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping timelines depend on the carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays.
Incorrect addresses provided by customer.
Delays caused by regulatory restrictions.

Local delivery requires valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of hemp products:

Opened or used products are non-returnable.
Unopened items may be eligible within 7 days.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Thrive Hemp Collective.

6. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to bypass age verification.
Distribute, resell, or export products unlawfully.
Engage in fraudulent payment activity.
Interfere with website security.

Violation may result in order cancellation and legal action.

Branding
