Thrive Hemp Collective ships federally compliant hemp-derived products only to jurisdictions where such products are legal under applicable federal and state laws.
By placing an order, you confirm that hemp-derived products are legal in your state, county, and municipality.
1. Legal Compliance
All products sold by Thrive Hemp Collective:
Are derived from industrial hemp.

Contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Comply with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill.
We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted or prohibited.
We reserve the right to:

Cancel any order at our discretion.

Refuse shipment to restricted locations.

Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws before ordering.
2. Shipping Availability
We currently ship to:
✔ U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD products are legal.
We do NOT ship internationally.
Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
3. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Thrive Hemp Collective.
We may require age verification prior to shipment.
Orders that fail age verification will be canceled.
4. Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Orders are shipped via reputable U.S. carriers.
Delivery timelines vary depending on location and carrier.
We are not responsible for:

6. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging without product descriptions visible on the exterior.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Thrive Hemp Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
8. Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:

The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
